This privacy policy applies to the Video Diary Pro app for mobile devices, together with any related services operated by MIKE KITCHEN LTD (collectively, the “Application”). MIKE KITCHEN LTD is referred to as the “Service Provider”.
What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?
The Application does not collect, log, or store any personal information when you download and use it. Registration is not required. If the Application is used with an active internet connection, technical protocol data such as an ephemeral IP address may be transmitted to facilitate network connectivity, but this data is not retained or used for tracking.
Does the Application collect precise real-time location information?
No. The Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Since the Application does not collect information through normal use, no data is shared with third parties.
What are my opt-out rights?
Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, uninstalling it simply removes the Application from your device. If you contact the Service Provider directly or voluntarily provide information by other means, you may request deletion of that information by contacting finlay7beaumont@gmail.com.
Data Retention
The Application does not retain personal information generated through normal use. Any information voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, for example through email correspondence, will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the request, meet legitimate administrative needs, or comply with applicable legal obligations. When the information is no longer required, it will be deleted or anonymised where reasonably practicable.
Data Deletion
You may request deletion of personal information that you have voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider. To submit a deletion request, contact finlay7beaumont@gmail.com and identify the information you want removed. The Service Provider will take reasonable steps to fulfil the request, subject to information that must be retained to comply with applicable law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Children
The Application is not intended for children under 13 years of age, or such higher age as required by applicable law. The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from children or market to them. Since the Application does not collect personal information through normal use, children’s data is not at risk from ordinary use of the Application alone. If personal information is voluntarily provided through other means by a person below the applicable age threshold, parental or guardian consent is required where permitted by law.
Security
Because the Application does not collect personal data, the risk of personal data exposure is minimal. However, no security system is completely secure. The Service Provider implements reasonable safeguards to protect systems and any data it may hold.
Data Breach Notification
If a breach occurs involving information you have voluntarily provided directly to the Service Provider, the Service Provider will notify you where required by applicable law.
Changes
The Service Provider may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by posting an updated policy with a revised effective date. Previous versions may be made available upon request by contacting finlay7beaumont@gmail.com.
Your Consent
If you voluntarily provide information to the Service Provider and processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
